How we work

Ordering a custom-made piece of furniture can sometimes feel like a big step, and many questions arise.

How long does it take? What does it cost approximately? How does a wardrobe from Bosnia get to your bedroom?

Here we explain how a collaboration with us works.

The process

Free initial consultation

You describe your wishes to us.

A simple photo of the room and rough measurements are perfectly sufficient.

We will contact you within one week via email, phone or video call to arrange an initial meeting.

Delivery and Assembly

We take care of the packaging and shipping - no annoying unpacking or assembly, we take care of that.

We deliver to Austria, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries upon request.

Design and cost estimate

We will draw up a proposal with dimensions, wood type and fittings and send you an offer.

Change requests are normal - the first 3 rounds of revisions are included.

The design costs a flat fee of €50, which will be credited upon placement of an order.

Process Support and Consulting

We will advise you to the best of our knowledge and belief, give tips on surface care and material selection, and are happy to share our expertise.

A piece of furniture can be a companion for life and should make you happy every day when you see or use it.

Production in our workshop

Only after you give your approval will the wood go into the machine. Production takes place in Kozarska Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, production takes 1-2 months.

We would be happy to stay in personal contact and keep you updated with photos of the progress.
